ICSE Class X results: Ludhiana students come out with flying colors : The Tribune India

Ludhiana, July 17

The Council of Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) today announced the results of Class X of the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE).

Students from Sacred Heart Convent School, Chandigarh Road flash the victory sign in Ludhiana.

Semester 1, Semester 2 and project (internal assessment) grades were added by the board and the results were reported based on the calculation thereof.

The students of Sat Paul Mittal School passed the board exams overcoming all obstacles such as the pandemic and the change of paper model.

In Class X science stream, Ananya Chowdhery got the top position in the district with 98.8% marks, Bhavya Bansal got 98.4% marks and Tanishq Aggarwal got 98.2% marks in the stream .

In trade, Raina Mehra came out on top with 98.8% marks, followed by Amulya Dhawan and Rhea Khosla with 98.6% marks and Manvi Singh with 98% marks.

Bhupinder Gogia, Principal of Sat Paul Mittal School, congratulated parents and staff and applauded the remarkable efforts of students and teachers for the excellent results.

Meanwhile, students at Sacred Heart Convent School, Chandigarh Road also proved their mettle by showing commendable performance in examinations.

Abhinav Jain from the science major got the first place in the school with 98.2% marks. The second position is won by Arshpreet Kaur with 97.8% marks while Sukhpreet Singh got the third position from the school with 97.6% marks.

The Principal of the school, Rev Sr Crispin Maria congratulated the students for their excellent performance and congratulated them all saying, “The students have been burning midnight oil to bring success in abundance. It is the result of their tireless efforts as mentors who have guided them every step of the way.

Pupils from Sacred Heart Convent Secondary School, Sahnewal also did well in the exams.

This year, many students obtained grades above 90%. Agam Aujla (98%), Mudit Patial (97.80%), Japleen Kaur Bedi (97.80%) and Aakriti Sinha (96.40%) brought laurels to the institution by passing the exams with flying colors.

The school’s principal, Reverend Father Roby Kolenchery and headmistress, Reverend Sister Sherin Thomas congratulated the students, their parents and their teachers for the wonderful results.
